The best things to read are the Early Church Fathers. The Didache (c. 100 AD) is also an invaluable resource. Here's a website with pre and post Nicene writers:

What are some books to read
by lilacia ini apologize because i know there must be information on the board in a thread somewhere, but i read.

I got a sore big Toe, what do to make it better?
by Singing Man ini know this may sound kind of dum to talk about but its been a pain for a long time now.
my big toe on my left leg has been hurting i think it to be caused by a ingrown nail but i don't see anything and i cut the nail stright accross.
the side of mmy nail is inflamed and if i really get mad at it and squeeze hard on my toe pus will come out i soak it in salt water at night and put neosporen on it and wear shoes that have room for my toe, though its just been the last few weeks that i have wised up and got a pair that fits.

The toe will keep getting infected until it is kept from growing that way. The only way to do that is to go see a podiatrist. Since you're in BC, I sugguest going to your family doctor who will refer you to a podiatrist. (There's a good podistrist in Richmond across from RGH in that glass/mini-tower medical building.) It costs about $60 to get the proceedure done since it is not covered by MSP.

I've had the honour of having the band that I play in play in Remeberance Day Ceremonies. Two of my great-grandfathers were in war (WWI and the Irish Civil War), and my grandfather was a bombardier during WWII (with the RCAF).

Personally, I never even though of reform. Especially when it was pounded into your head how they were God's organization and that no one was like them one Earth and they always make out like they are "pratically perfect". How can an organization making that claim ever be reformed?
